Return Window & Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your fan-version and retro jerseys. You may initiate a return or exchange request within 30 days of receiving your package.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Customized items (such as jerseys with personalized name and number sets) cannot be returned unless due to a manufacturing defect or dispatch error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item is straightforward and hassle-free:

• Contact our support team at sportshub.service@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the item if reporting an issue.
• Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 business hours and provide the appropriate return shipping address and instructions.

Refund Processing & Timelines

Once your returned package is received and inspected at our facility:

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.
• Depending on your banking institution, please allow an additional few days for the funds to reflect in your account. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Defective Items
