Questions

Everything about the offer

If something is still unclear, our inbox is open — we answer every order question ourselves.

When does Black Friday start and end?

The offer opens at midnight on 27 November 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30 November 2026 (CET). Everything you can buy in that window counts.

How do I use the code?

Add the kits you want to your basket, then enter BLACKFRIDAY15 in the discount code box at checkout. The extra 15% comes off the value of the items in your basket.

Can I use it with other offers?

Yes. The Black Friday code stacks with the 10% welcome discount, so you can use both on the same order. Free shipping over €69 still applies as usual.

How fast is it delivered?

Standard kits leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days, custom-printed kits within 3 to 5 business days. Transit is 7 to 15 business days for Europe and North America.

What if the size does not fit?

Send it back within 30 days and we cover the return postage. Exchanges are handled the same way, so you can try a different size without paying twice.

Can I put my own name and number on it?

Yes. Every order can be pressed with your name and number before it ships. Add it on the product page and we print it properly with the right lettering and badges.
